"I have been with Statefarm since I could drive. I don’t think I could get a better deal anywhere else. That being said we have had to do a couple moves causing us to have to change offices. I can NOT speak enough praise about Beth in the Aledo office. She is so kind and quick! We had an unplanned new car purchase and as I was in the dealership I emailed her the new car information to get it swapped. When I called just to make sure she got the email she had the new vehicle and temp cards emailed in 5 mins! And not to mention when I almost cried hearing our ins cost wasn’t going to jump super high due to a newer car she celebrated with me as we were in a super stressful situation. I was probably close to crying. Sometimes insurance can be stressful, but Beth has made our experience so much better. Praising God for her for sure!"

"State Farm lacks integrity and failed to resolve or even address errors they made. I was quoted a premium for landlord insurance for a house. Within 2 months, and without notification, they raised the premium by almost 25%. I paid for a another couple of months (via autopay, so always on time) until I was able to switch to a less costly provider. I very deliberately cancelled my policy on the monthly renewal date to avoid any additional charges or overlap in coverage. Months later they sent me an invoice. Apparently they wanted to true-up for the first 2 months which were paid at the "lower" premium. I would argue that the original premium was an agreed-to amount, so I don't think a true-up was justified. I could almost accept their charging a true-up, but they also miscalculated and overcharged for the true-up. They failed to consider that the revised premium was already inflated so as to offset the lower premiums paid for the first two months. Furthermore, in an attempt to explain, they sent a document with additional calculations which were clearly flawed. I reached out to customer service, but they weren't able to address my issues, and instead deferred to Billing. The agent's office reached out to Billing on my behalf, but Billing failed to directly address either of my concerns. Ultimately, I threw in the towel and paid the overcharge just because it was no longer worth investing any more time to resolve. I'm giving State Farm a poor review for its lack of integrity in invoicing, explaining the charges, and resolving customer issues. As a consumer I paid the amounts we agreed to and did so on-time. I expect similar courtesy from the service provider. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I appreciate the service and professionalism from the staff at the agency, including Caleb and Angie."

"Stay away from this company! We all want to support small businesses, but make sure they are worthy of our support. I had two claims with this insurance office/company, neither my fault and I had to pay my deductible on both. They wouldn't go after the other insurance company. Then they said my rates for the next 6 months were going to be $3,777 higher! How is that even possible? Who can even pay that? I checked with another company, and my rates aren't even that for the whole year! I switched immediately, and I'm still waiting almost 2 months later for my month of premium refund owed to me. If you request to speak with the actual agent, good luck, he won't call you back, they don't answer the phone, you leave a message they won't return your call, they will tell you they will call you back, but plan on making the call yourself because they have no accountability. Don't just take your vehicle to an authorized shop of theirs either and expect for them to stand behind you, they won't. Do the research yourself and make sure you aren't being taken advantage of. They need to change their slogan, because I don't want a neighbor like them! Watch yourselves!"
